We chose to stay at The Cadogan based on the reviews and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Service overall was impeccable, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Lee and Jeremy at the concierge desk were particularly helpful in assisting us with tour availability and booking, as well as other questions during our stay. We were always greeted warmly and offered umbrellas when there was threat of rain on our way out by the doormen. We ended up ordering in room dining several times because we enjoyed the food (both breakfast and all day dining). Cannot recommend strongly enough. We would definitely stay at The Cadogan for our next London trip!
We recently stayed at The Cadogan Hotel, London, and it is without question one of the finest hotels we have experienced. The staff were exceptional — kind, highly professional, and genuinely conversational. The front-of-house team made time for us throughout our stay, and the service felt personal rather than scripted. A special mention to Daniel the concierge, who showed us around the hotel and highlighted significant architectural details — a wonderful touch. We were upgraded to a Mini Suite, which was immaculate and finished to an outstanding standard. The room quality, comfort, and overall presentation were truly world-class. Food was excellent, and the atmosphere of the hotel is refined yet welcoming. The team also celebrated my husband’s birthday with a small cake and card, and he even enjoyed chatting with the Italian members of staff as he’s learning Italian — a perfect example of hospitality done properly. A remarkable London hotel in every sense. Highly recommended.
Lovely hotel with an excellent staff. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Elegant. Sophisticated. We were there to go to the Chelsea Flower Show and couldn't have picked a better hotel. Will definitely return.
Sadly we only spent one night here but we will absolutely be back. Staff were professional and warm. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The location was convenient and the perk of a private park across the street was lovely.
Newish hotel on Sloane St, just by the Cadogan gardens. They have put a lot of effort into the refurb, and it looks nicely done. Some interesting art on walls and nice clean designs. Modern feel to it all. Staff were very nice and helpful. It is quite a small plot, so not too much to do. Also being new, it's not that cheap - they need to make their money somehow. But nice to see places like this popping up and wish them the best
